Best Dunkin’ I’ve stopped At since being in NJ this past week. I just happen to stop by on our way down south bc the the previous dunkin didn’t make my drink the way I wanted it. Nawal was so awesome about it and made me a fresh new drink exactly how I like. She and her co worker went above and beyond to make sure I got the right drink the way I like it and even let me try an alternative to order next time. Awesome and friendly team at this location!!

I ordered 2 orders of the chive and onion stuffed mini bagels and a small frozen French vanilla coffee. They gave me plain mini bagels and the second order of them WAS NOT COOKED AT ALL. IT WAS STILL PARTIALLY FROZEN. ALSO THE LADY AT THE REGISTER WAS SO RUDE. WILL NOT EVER COME TO THIS DUNKIN AGAIN.

The store employees were rude and not clean. Everyone was standing around talking ignoring me and I asked if one of them could help, the girl put down her drink and wiped her mouth with the back of her hand. She wore no gloves and she kept picking the wrong donuts like she didn’t know what I was saying. I was ordering 2 donuts, strawberry and vanilla frosting. I don’t really care about picking the wrong donuts but wiping your mouth with your hand in a food place and not wearing gloves is gross.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but they were seriously limited in what they could do to serve customers. Broken machines, missing ingredients, and a long line of drive-thru customers who couldn’t see how hard the small team was working inside. When my preferred drink turned out to be unavailable, they couldn’t refund me but they offered plenty of free food to make up for it. We were flexible, friendly, and patient but I won’t be going back when I’m in a hurry, stressed, or needing to receive the specific items I expected. Hash browns were cold, but the snacking bacon, hot chocolate, and donuts were all fresh.

I get Dunkin pretty often, when the manager Briana told me I couldn’t load my card then pay with it, with an attitude, I let her know I do it ALL THE TIME at literally every location. Ignorant and rude, hire someone else. And teach them their job please
