Best Dunkin in the area – hands down

I bought a small cappuccino from this location. The man at the register asked me if wanted whole or skim milk. I said skim and no sugar. But my cappuccino was creamy and not hot. Was quite disappointing when you desperately want a coffee and pay $4.30 to get this 🙁

I used to go to a Dunkin’ closer to where I work but they had modified hours during the onset of the pandemic so I started going to this one. Well, the service was so great here and everyone so friendly that I just never left. Always courteous and it was nice to see the employees happy to see their regular customers and enjoy the friendly banter. Great way to start the day.

I placed an order today for my co-worker: a drink that I don’t order myself, mind you; therefore, it was my first time ordering it. The man taking my order was so rude! I ordered a large iced green tea matcha, and just because I didn’t say the word “latte” after it I was getting the third degree. He kept loudly repeating himself and relaying to his co-worker “Why does she gotta order it like that?” – saying it over and over like I wasn’t standing at the register/wasn’t able to hear him complaining about how I ordered the drink. This will be my first and last time ever entering this DD location! I’m completely dissatisfied and I’ll be visiting the Starbucks across the street from now on.

This DD location is the best I’ve ever visited. The coffee is standard DD coffee, but what gets me coming back every day is the staff. They are all always happy, friendly, and on point with their service – you don’t get this type of service at Starbucks…ever.

Workers and manager here discriminate customers with special needs. I came here with my child with special needs. The employees and manager treated my son as he was a suspect who planed to steal drinks from their cooler when he was standing in front of it could not decide what he wanted. The employee ignored me as I tried to place my order and starred intensively with hostile attitude toward my child. When I questioned the employee, he told me that he is watching my child because he thinks my child is going to steal drinks from the cooler as many other kids did. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager gave no apology and did not even respond to me.

Good, quick service, a little smaller space than you would find in newer DD shops. Predictable fare of donuts, coffee, and sandwiches. You know what you get when you come here, but they also process your order quickly and correctly the first time around.

Good Dunkin donuts. The only negative is when ordering via On the Go. The order is rarely ready when I get there today I placed my order at 750am and got there at 8 am I didn’t get my coffee until almost 810 am after complaining
