I wish I could give zero stars. The people who take the order are so rude firstly the hurry you up for the order and then give comments in different language of what you ordered and how much time you took. Save some money but don’t go here

I stopped by because the Starbucks across the street was closed. The lady working the register was the absolute rudest person I’ve ever run across. She started slamming her hand down on the counter and interrupting me mid sentence. I’m presuming it’s because her co-worker was screaming out orders 5 inches from her face. Who slams their hand down on the counter repeatedly? Someone with extreme anger issues – that’s who. She might not want work around people. I’d rather pay double and go to Starbucks.

As a regular / daily customer, we have noticed a steady decline in cleanliness and service at this location. Trash receptacle is often overflowing, seating areas are not kept clean, service slows to a crawl if ice cream or food is being asked for. They often get orders incorrect. It doesn’t help the staff does not understand English. How can a coffee shop stop providing lemons for tea, when other DD stores in the area offer it.

Ordered 2 iced coffees, and was charged $3 each, even though the app and menu said $2 each. Both coffees were made without sugar, even though we asked for it explicitly. Coffee was not mixed well at all. Both coffees were labeled incorrectly. Coffee was very watery, and could not taste the french vanilla/caramel (whereas other dunkin stores make the flavor more prominent). Overall, do not recomended; go to another dunkin, or to Starbucks instead.

Visited this store a few times and it’s been an horrible experience. The two ladies at register are really rude. They talk over customers and other workers. Sam and a young gentlemen making sandwich are the only good people here. Very helpful kind and generous. Please have management do something about the two ladies.

ALL TIME FAVORITE COFFEE SHOP. workers are EXTREMELY nice. I go here almost every day as of 2 years ago. I always walk in smiling & the worker, Bhupindra I believe, is the nicest man I have ever met in this town. He always waves and asks how I am. Prices are great, service is fast & on point, employees are kind, place is clean. everything about this location is amazing. I would give it 6/5 stars if I could. They make drinks very quickly and never mess up.

Extremely quick service. The staff makes the coffee perfectly. If there is ever any issue with the coffee, they correct it right away. Always multiple staff members instead of just one unlike others I’ve seen. Plenty of parking because the service is quick. On exiting the parking lot, you can only make a right as no left turn is allowed so you will have to go and make a turn around up the street. Donuts are fresh and coffee is very very hot so make sure you are extremely careful if you will be drinking it while you drive. I once made the mistake of doing that and the burn mark wouldn’t go away for a year. That is how hot the coffee can sometimes be. This is also good because I can drive for miles and miles, the coffee will still be hot. Food is great as well and made in less than 3 minutes on average. Signing up with the app for perks will save you a lot of money. They always have a tip jar, I throw in a few cents or a dollar for how fast the service is. They always have a pick up order parking spot in case you order from the application. Clean place, free wifi, lots of students study there and there are always plenty of tables available.
