Said he is processing online orders only . That is after seeing me waiting for him to take the order. He saw me waiting for 20 mins and then when I asked him he opened his mouth to tell me in his few precious words, “I will not take the order “ I asked why he said, “online order only”. Terrible customer service. At least put a board outside that you will not take walk-in orders. That will save customers like me their valuable time. I went to get coffee from nearby Starbucks and got a great coffee.

This little Dunkin Donuts in The Hills always has their wonderful coffee and the VERY BEST hot chocolate I have ever tasted! I think they have four flavors of cocoa but the regular is the best in my opinion. My husband likes their cappuccino with an extra shot of espresso. Every person who works there is extremely polite and friendly always with a smile on their face!

I am gluten-free so only stop in for coffee every morning. I order via app and arrive within 3 minutes due to where I live. Coffee is always ready and waiting. Same coffee as other DD locations but the staff make this location better. They take the time to speak with you and know you. Very friendly.

I cannot get over how helpful Jennifer was. I ordered 16 dozen donuts and 4 boxes of Joe for some veterans in Lyons VA. She had everything ready when I got there coffee was piping hot donuts were fresh. Amazing customer service!!! Pleasant and helpful went above and beyond will definitely be going back there!!!

With no one in the lobby, a sourdough breakfast sandwich and a toasted sesame bagel with cream cheese was too difficult in order. I got a toasted bagel no cream cheese and my sandwich. I went back in just wanted cream cheese put on the bagel they had already given me. They made me wait, with no apology, for a pitiful excuse for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Go to Duncan’s all over I will never go back to this one. Absolute clown show

We were here and were waiting on curbside pickup for more than 20 minutes. Noone arrived or called, when we went inside to question, the staff said there is no any item available, mind you although the online order was through, and said she was waiting for us to go inside to talk to her! Not sure if we didn’t go inside to query were we up for sitting 2 hour’s? What a big farse, curbside pickup!!!!!
