Property Maintenance & Repairs

This was my first horrible experience at a Dunkin! Today is July 24th a Monday morning and the manager on call was absolutely disgustingly rude to the point I had to cancel my order and walk out because he did not want to cut open a bagel twist and put butter inside of it All other locations do it his response was very nasty and unprofessional

So I go to Duncan Donuts pretty much every day I get a medium ice coffee for $2.13 I went to this Duncan donuts today for a small ice coffee and they tried charging me $3.98. These people are thieves stay away I am reporting to Duncan Donuts corporate and the better business bureau.

I just wanted a latte. The machine was down. Ughh. Donuts looked old too. Not sure if the machine was really down or these people say that kind of stuff because they don’t want to work or clean it up each time. Waste of time though. I’ll never drop by here again. Horrible dunkin location. Pass.

They always get my order wrong. I understand that stock may be low but at least communicate this to the customer or ask what they may like as a substitute. Every other dunkin that I go to never has an issue and communicates better. This place does not 🙁

This location lacks attention to detail. I frequently order on my way to work and select the curbside option. They never bring it out. Instead they place my order in the “walk in” pickup cabinet. When I show them the receipt that they printed with “curbside” written in bold with the description on my car, they respond with oh sorry. If this option can not be supported here it needs to be removed. They also never get my order right although it’s typed out on the receipt. So frustrating because this is the only dunkin around my job.
