On line ordering made this easy. When I arrived several minutes after ordering. It was ready. The store was clean and uncluttered. There was another customer being helped and the staff appeared to friendly. The condiment and napkin area could use a wipe down. I’d go there again.

Can never go wrong with Dunkin. But I must say the one in landing NJ always gets it right. It’s so disappointing when you go to a dunkin expecting what your wishing for and it made improperly. So if you want your coffee made right every time go to the Dunkin on Lakeside Blvd. In landing and enjoy!!

I’m appalled by the total lack of customer service I just experienced. For reference I have worked in the customer service industry for over ten years. New to the area, I placed a mobile order, upon entering the store I was told they didn’t have my order. Upon being told they didn’t have my order I returned to my car got my phone and showed my receipt. I was told I had the wrong address. I confirmed I was indeed at the address I ordered to. I was then told they don’t have it. I asked what shall we do if I already placed the order and it’s submitted showing my confirmation. All I was repeatedly told was “they don’t have it”. They made no offer to make it for me or ask how we could resolve it. This will certainly be the first and last time I ever step in the store.
