Ordered 2 coffees on 12/8/22 around 7pm, one decaf, one regular. When we received the coffee we always double check they made one decaf.. they said the unlabeled one was decaf… when the LABLED one said decaf.. huh? They laughed and said oh yeah that one, they were CLUELESS and when I VERY NICELY requested for them to be remade because my boyfriend can NOT have caffeine they acted SO BOTHERED.. the store was EMPTY.. Asking for decaf should NOT be taken lightly ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR NOT SURE IF YOU MADE IT RIGHT… Unreal

I visit lots and lots and lots of Dunkin Donuts so I had to make sure I got the right one. This is the right one I double checked it the manager in this place or whoever is doing the hiring rushed through my drink and made it so nasty that I had almost threw it away. The reason why he did this is because he had one girl behind the counter with a line of about 10 people waiting to get coffee he finally stepped in to help the girl bring down the line and made my coffee and it was horrible.
