I Purchased, a 9.99 1lb bag of ground hazelnut coffee. It was obviously regular coffee when I tried to return it, or exchange it. The 4 barista’s behind the counter told me they could not return it. Even though it was their mistake, they didn’t know how to return it and apparently there was no manager on duty.

I don’t order from here regularly in the morning. The customer service is always welcoming and friendly. They were out of coconut milk so I did have to order differently than planned. My food order included Bacon & Cheddar Egg Bites and I was disappointed that it was overdone on the top, since it was the first time I’ve ever gotten it that way. I had traveled a bit out of my way to have the convenience of their drive thru but don’t think I’ll be returning during very early morning shift.

I literally drive in the opposite direction from the Dunkin in Hazlet that is close to my house and go out of my way to go to this one.
