It closes at 2pm even on weekends when the beach is full and this is the only Dunkin around. Love Belmar Beach , but don’t want to be there because no iced coffee is available.

How can a high rent store across the street from the beach pay their rent when they are never open! Whoever oversees this franchise should be fired & the franchisee should be forced to close or sell!!!

It started off with the cashier giving attitude to them messing up every persons order including mine. The man next to me told me after they messed his order he gets the same thing everyday and they continue to mess it up. Very disappointed because the people that used to be there on the job always did a good job and was respectful.

The worst dunkin experience of my life.

Zero sense of urgency. There was 10 people in line. We were number 6. It took a half hour to order. I thought I was watching life in slow motion. The toaster toasted my bagel faster than it took the lady to get the cream cheese out. It was horrifying to see such a lack of work ethic and I may have actually lost a few brain cells when they handed my friend an iced tea after she ordered a macchiato. I wrote this post as we stood there for 10 minutes waiting for the macchiato… literally 10 minutes of making it (incorrectly again I may add). It was quite the most bewildering experience as we thought we were in the twilight zone

They were originally taking orders inside than they moved customers outside to the “mobile pickup” then back inside. Then, it got extremely busy inside and the one of the workers (male, tan, with dark hair and bread, wears glasses) locked customers inside the building to prevent more customers from entering which by the way is illegal (if a fire broke out people would not be able to leave the store). I order a iced coffee regular cream and sugar and one pump of mocha. The guy made my drink and didnt even bother to even try to mix my drink. I then went to the lady up and asked if she was able to mix it. She looked at me like I had 3 heads. She snatched the drink out of my hand and then had an attitude with me. I also asked for just a cup of water and they tried to charge me 1.31 for it….Terrible customer service by both workers and I do not recommend ever going here. Find another place to spend your money.
