Absolutely the worst. Latte made with only steamed milk and wake up wraps shoved together in one bag so that they were literally ruined. I threw them out. Don’t waste you time here and go to another, I’m sure there’s one with 5 minutes of driving.

i used to work at a dunkin and never really thought it was so hard to make food but i guess today was the day. asked for a bagel toasted and it was not toasted, they were missing hash browns and the bacon on the avocado toast was raw. we went back around in their half hour wait drive through and only got the bagel and hash browns because “the raw bacon is fine”. a little confused but will never be coming back

very friendly, very fast receiving your order, good coffee – not the BEST EVER, but definitely not the WORST either. don’t have many complaints about this specific location, other then the location it’s in, it’s not the cleanest, and when I make a “fairly big order” (I’m talking 4 to 6 items) it practically ALWAYS is wrong or missing an item etc.

I don’t know what happened with the service and quality here. The last three times I or my husband have went they messed up entering the order at the register or during making it -syrups used, hot or cold, multiple things. We usually get a latte of some sort and a second latte, sometimes with oat milk. The coffee always tastes old or burnt lately -nothing tastes good or like it does at another Dunkin. Whatever you do, don’t ask for oatmilk either. No matter what you order tastes like they just warmed oat milk in a cup in the microwave and didn’t throw in any flavor. It’s absolutely awful. At any other Dunkin I’ve never had a problem with taste or consistency when using non dairy milk. I’m tired of hoping and waiting for the quality to get better, back to how it was or assuming it was just an off day. Whatever style of coffee you like, save your money and go elsewhere.
