Always loved this store! My mom worked/managed the original PR store back when it opened in the early 90’s. When we come back to town after moving out of state 15 years ago this is always a MUST for our coffee! The only issue we recently noticed was the removal of tables to sit at. I know during the pandemic this was necessary for “social distancing”, however there’s still no tables or chairs to sit and have coffee. What’s up with THAT?

I have gone to this Dunkin since I was extremely little, and the staff still remember me by name. They always make my orders with love and care. The staff that work here are incredibly kind and warm to all customers. On top of all this, they are extremely hardworking! Call me biased, but I’ve worked two barista jobs and it is extremely stressful and anxiety-inducing work. So, treat your baristas (especially ones as great as Park Ridge Dunkin’s!) with patience and kindness! Much love to this Dunkin crew <3

Love the convenience and quality of the food. Having ice cream, ice cream cake, and doughnuts at your finger tips is a huge bonus. Only disappointment is the fact this location used to be 24 hours and now close at 10pm.

Given that other reviews state this is a busier location, the place seemed well staffed ( I think something like 4-6 people) for Thursday morning/afternoon.
