I ordered a large hit capuccino and was a medium size pour in a large cup I believe also, it looks like they spilled it somehow cause the cup looks dirty with coffee. I don’t have the time to go and return it because I only have half hour lunch but honestly coffee is my drug , how can you do this to me . girls are super nice and try to work it out I have no complain about it just next time be aware.

I went through the drive thru, I expected the bagel and drink i ordered to be fresh because it was early in the morning, but the bagel was stale, and they gave me the wrong drink. I don’t have anything to say about the drive thru service, nothing good, nothing bad. Was mostly the order that ruined my morning.

The Norwood location is clean, well lit, and convenient. They have a drive through which I use sometimes, but I also go into the store as well. The staff here is always friendly. Food is as would be expected for DD, nothing more, nothing less.

I go every week on Sundays in the morning and the employees there always say the bagels are bad or the toaster is not working they’re always making excuses or they just don’t wanna serve I went in this morning and I spent $25 on my order and the manger or the shift person in charge was being very rude and disrespectful when all I wanted was to get my food and be outta there. This isn’t the first time I’m having this problem this has been going on since last year and I’m a daily costumer .
