I ordered a strawberry doughnut and a dragon fruit strawberry refresher and my door dasher dropped it off. Instead of getting a strawberry doughnut, there was a chicken leg inside of the box where the donut was supposed to be. The bag was sealed so the door dasher could not have done it because it was sealed when it arrives. I tried calling the location as well, but the phone number would not ring. On top of everything, I was only refunded $0.24.

This DD is a bit hidden on the side of the Shell station with no marker to indicate there is a Dunkin at this location. I drove around the block 2x before I got a glimpse. I was in the area and dropped in for a bagel and coffee. Service was fast & friendly with many orders coming in. Small location with no indoor seating. Parking is moderate, and the product is typical DD. My overall experience was pleasant. Would like to see more Baskin / Dunkin locations but those are few.

Ordered coffee and a donut and was satisfied with both. The employee was hesitant in giving me a receipt, I guess because they didn’t want me to take the survey for a free donut…lol. If I am ever in the neighborhood again I would go back.

Don’t know why they gave away the ONLY HANDICAP parking spot up for curbside pickup. The seniors and handicapped people can usually never get to use the spot that was meant for them with a ramp. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve been using the app as of late for the curbside pickup and love that I don’t have to wait in any lines and they do get out to my car pretty darn fast. It’s Dunkin donuts, so everything is usually just what I expect, but once and a while they have come out without the donuts we ordered to say that those individual items are sold out. They then proceed back in to get a replacement, so 4 stars for not having an update on their app to let us know what’s available at that very moment in time

Soggy French Fry

While the ice cream was solid, I’m disappointed on the low staff numbers. I’m not sure if they’re hiring, but there should be a larger staff. And it can be almost be infuriating that the staff can barely understand you, asking things you already told them you wanted. I’ve only been here for the ice cream so can’t comment on their donuts. But if this Dunkin’ Donuts location stands after its name then they should be good. Great ice cream, small menu, and low staff. Could be way better.
