I asked for a medium iced caramel coffee with me and my friend. Told the guy at the cashier multiple times to go light with the ice and he ended up filling it to the brim. Not only that but he didn’t fill up the cup all the way and it has to be by far the worst coffee I’ve ever had at dunkin.

I asked for Vanilla bean coolatta . I haven’t had one in a long time. This dunkin has its good days and bad , depending on the shifts. This was ICE, vanilla syrup, and maybe milk. TERRIBLE from the pic, you can see NO bean was in it. Will never order again .

What is going on with DD lately..ordered a ice coffee 2 breakfast tacos and hash brownsI waited for more than 10 min and the guy was making coffee and the girl was cleaning even though 2 more customers and my self were waiting. I ask the guy how long more for my food and he couldn’t give an answer. I ended up asking for my money back . And they didn’t even husataid to say sorry or we will work on your order.. the worst place to go during your break from work and order something to eat.

Again this dunkin PROVES me right. Bought coffee this morning . Being We work close by. Coffee had bad fishy taste?? Comes from using uncleaned COFFEE MACHINES. Google it . And they forgot one of the coffees when we were picking up , by the way not the first time thats happened. We chose to go here because its close. NO MORE. Essex bagels will get our money moving forward. And they always expect a TIP or keep your change for their tip!!!.

I love DD but not coming to this spot ever again. I was looking at donuts and the cashier was giving the customer his coffee, but gave me a nasty look. Turned around and told the other DD worker, she can wait! She thought I didn’t hear her. I’m not going to give my money to a place who have workers that treat customers this way. This Dunkin is becoming worse by the day, I’ve been coming here almost everyday before work, and ask for the same coffee all the time, this Indian girls lately almost screw it up, but today was the worst, I ask as usual small 1 milk 2 sugar, and my coffee was made with cream, and they used the oldest coffee sitting there, bitter as poison and burnt, I know my coffee i been drinking for years, skip this place!!
