The store seems to be on the newer side compared to other locations. The people that worked there are friendly and gave great customer service. The service was extremely fast and the iced coffee I received was made just the way I like it. The location offers a drive through which is fast paced. Staff are inattentive. Even though there are plenty of workers, you’ll be waiting in a line by yourself waiting to order at the Baskin Robbins counter. It seems to be a typical Dunkin/Baskin Robbins thing no matter where you go.

Very clean and professional staff. Kinda missed the old classic style in my opinion. Less tables now but wider area for lines. Bagels, donuts and muffins are in glass shelves now. Very mall centric style is the vibe I’m getting. Ordered an medium ice coffee sugar free hazelnut with cream and two splenda and an plain bagel with cream cheese. Coffee taste more original blend then Hazelnut idk and bagel was toasted light. Can’t say about their drive thru because I ordered inside but I say the store look clean and professional but there is definitely room for improvement.

Service lacked this visit. I had a mobile order and I was the only one in the store My order was ready and I had been standing there for over 5 minutes and no one engaged me to see what I was waiting for. There was a switch at the cashier for drive through.there seemed to be no urgency to help him either. The cashier working the counter frantically tried to get someone to assist him she ended up doing it as the drive through cashier counted money and bundled it and took it to the back . I will still go here but will pay closer attention to service.

At first, just after their grand re-opening, I was disappointed with this location (forcing me to leave a poor review). But wow did this place improve so quickly since (I take back my original review and update it to 5 stars)! This is my absolute favorite location. The staff here is so friendly. The manager is a great guy. My drinks are made correctly and taste the same each visit! The food always tastes fresh. Love love love this Dunkin
