I mean this is your average Dunkin. You can’t really get mad at it especially when they give you your food so quickly and your drink. I just like to get a nice hot chocolate any point and they always get it to me quick. So I can’t complain especially with their hash browns that are so good that I scarf down at all times.

The staff is very friendly, they know each customer by name and what their regular order is. Quick to fill orders, hardly ever a wait time. Their manager, Hugo, is very nice and professional. The most inconsistent DD ever. Can’t even get a muffin toasted correct. Coffee never the way I ask for it. Always out of the milk I want. Quality is poor and the staff can be rude.

Worst Dunkin Donuts I been to in my life. Rude staff and my order is ALWAYS wrong. Even the simplest order they somehow manage to screw up. I used to work at a Dunkin for 3 years so I KNOW it isn’t that hard. Only reason I go there is because it’s convenient and close to where I work otherwise I would never step foot in there again.
