Every time I go here something is messed up, I order the same thing every single time, and often it is incorrect. I tried something different this morning and got the new peppermint latte, it was hardly even warm at best, and had over 2 inches of room to the top. $5.53 wasted. This location is terrible

I had a bad experience first i ordereda regular coffee splenda and cream they put it in the receipt and never put it in the drinks and they gave me a cold coffe when I ordered a hot one he couldn’t even here me thru the drive thru and was very rude And my daughter ordered a Charlie cold foam there was barley any foam on top and there was no sugar at all it was dark roast coffe at this point

I ordered this morning for delivery from this store through Uber Eats. The order came to over $60.00. It was delivered in a timely manner but half the order was missing. I tried to reorder the missing items, but the delivery fees came to almost more than the missing items. Consequently, I just called Uber and got a refund. This seems to happen every time I order thru delivery services rather than restaurants that have their own delivery employees. There are always items missing. The most frustrating thing is that this store did not include a sales slip or provide a phone number anywhere—on line etc. All of the other Dunkin Donuts provide telephone numbers in their websites. I wanted to call them to find out if they did not fill the order properly, or if the Uber delivery person failed to take the entire order. I called Dunkin Donuts Customer Service to complain about this store. Since I could not contact them, I will never order from them again.

I ordered 2 orders of snacking bacon and they were both COLD, not room temperature, COLD. For reference, I have ordered the bacon before and it is hot and sizzling. When I went to grab my drink, I ordered cold foam. The drink was a quarter empty with no cold foam. When the guy goes to poor the cold foam I saw his finger touch the drink.

So happy they opened a Dunkin’ Donuts in my area with a drive-through. The drive through is fast and accurate with friendly workers. Inside is very clean the night crew is very friendly and funny. Met up with friends and we sat inside for over two hours and no one rushed us out. I definitely recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts.

Order accuracy was much better just after they opened this location, but for the last few mobile orders they’ve butchered either the drinks or the food quite reliably. Also they clean up at about 8pm so baked goods are gone by then even though they close at 10.
