This place remains undefeated at being the worst dunkin in the area. Pulled in, no line, no cars parked in the lot except what are likely the employee cars. Sit at the drive through and no one answers. Pull up to the drive through and I ask someone standing at the window if they’re open and they stepped out of view like I couldn’t see them. Pulled around to leave, scoped inside and the other employees are on their phones. Do better.

I highly do NOT recommend this Dunkin, unless you want your order to be incorrect every time. This establishment in West Milford is the most unprofessional and incompetent restaurant I have ever seen. Today, I just wanted to get my usual sandwich, a bacon and white cheddar croissant. Upon opening my sandwich, the cheese was American, and not white cheddar as I requested. I had to turn around while driving & decided to go inside. I wasn’t acknowledged for about 4 minutes standing at the counter with my sandwich in my hand. Very rude. I was greeted by an employee who looked miserable. I tried explaining my situation, and they complied with the mistakes they made. I had to tell TWO employees that I wanted white cheddar and NO EGG! I stated this TWICE! They handed me the “corrected” sandwich and I instantly knew there was egg on it because of the weight. I opened it up in the car, and what do you know, A ROUND EGG was on my sandwich after I stated twice not to put it on there! I also saw the employee read the receipt and they still failed to not put egg on my sandwich. The employees need to get retrained. This is probably the 15th time I have had a problem with my orders here. I also want to mention, the bacon on the sandwiches are ALWAYS RAW!!! I just want to come here ONCE to get what I asked for! I always have to reheat the bacon or the cheese when I get home because it’s never done right. Bottom line. Don’t come here unless you want to waste a portion of your day and be accompanied by unnecessary stress. It should not be hard to put together a sandwich with two ingredients.

I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts location randomly last week as I don’t usually get my coffee there, but I just happened to be going through a rough situation in my life and needed somewhere to shelter and put something in my belly and the girl working that day, Kara, was so kind and helpful that she changed my whole day, going far above and beyond anything I’ve ever seen from a coffee shop employee. I barely had enough money for a coffee even though I was so hungry and this employee bought me a sandwich out of her own pocket, and then spent her half hour lunch break talking to me while I waited for my ride and she absolutely made my day. This girl was so sweet and helpful and deserves some kind of bonus or promotion, because I will now be a regular customer at Dunkin’ Donuts especially if they hire more people who actually care like Kara did for me that day

Quite easily the slowest running Dunkin in existence. If you place an online order, expect to wait 20+ min for one item. Every single employee works at an extremely slow pace and and it truly shows how little they care about their customers. Disappointed every time

I used to go here all the time but something happened within the last year that their service went downhill. The past three drive through orders have been messed up, started off with just wrong kind of donut or the wrong coffee but today I was missing a full sandwich and all of my bagels had the wrong spreads on them. Good luck trying to call them, no one answers the phone. I won’t be returning.

Slowest drive through ever. Every time I go it takes over 15 minutes to get through the drive through. It doesn’t matter how many cars are in front of you either. Worst part is they have it where once you enter the drive through lane, you’re stuck there. It’s a single lane with no area to leave the line or turn around, you just have to wait the 15-30 minutes in line.
