Dunkin Donuts on Valley Road in Wayne Nj was such terrible service. We ordered a coffee Coolatta and some other items. We were standing there waiting and the young man behind the asked what we were waiting for …. We told him and handed us the coolatta that was already a melting mush. He said that’s the way it should look I was like seriously it doesn’t. Can we get a new one since it was just sitting there because he said he thought he handed it to us which he didn’t which is why we were waiting. The employee continue to yell at my husband in front of my three children saying you don’t know what it should look like you don’t work here do you? Are you my father? Meanwhile two older men we assume the managers just stood there and let this young man continue to scream at us. Totally rude and uncalled for. We will never return and I will make sure everyone is is aware also! Not only that we can’t even see the store number, survey number or employee information because they know how many more complaints they will get

2nd time in as many weeks stopping by to grab donuts to take to office. Each time the horrible service provided shines thru. Once, you think anamolly but twice is a trend. The lady who fulfills the orders has an incessant need to pull the old donuts for particular customers. Not the ones in the rqcks but the ones on the side. I could truly complain over 5 bucks but I’d rather give these to the canadian geese in valley rd by the office. Why would you pull the same donut from the side when you have been fulfilling orders from the racks right in front of us? And think that the customer doesnt see? Then get an attitude when confronted about it?

Had a tough time figuring out a basic espresso order, but they managed to figure it out. This location is attached to an convenience store. The inside is open so you can easily go from side to side. Parking is ok, but you cannot make a left back onto the main road. You have to use the the side road at the light. Nothing special about this location, your typical dunkin donuts.
