There are many reasons that I am giving this particular Dunkin a negative review, and they are specific to my visit this morning:

I’ve been here about 1/2 a dozen times, variable hours of the day. I don’t understand others feedback being a low rating as this Dunkin has always taken my order correctly, made it correctly. When you enter it is a bright cheerful atmosphere, very clean. You are greeted every time politely.. In my opinion it is red carpet treatment therefore me giving 5 stars.

Unfortunately, I want to give this DD 5 stars due to perfect orders and friendly staff but today in the drive-thru I was able to hear one of the managers talk very rudely to an employee I see every morning a young tall girl with black hair, I was disappointed to see someone treated unfairly when I know this young lady works hard base of my point of view, I believe the manager name starts with a “V” or “B”. I’ll take my business back to Starbucks, thank you.

Let me start off by saying that I gave him my full order and then I went up to the window and he only had two things he forgot all the other things that I told him which is ridiculous then it took 10 minutes for me to wait for my stuff and then at the end they still forgot something and Magnemite coffees that on the counter after they handed me something at the drive-thru and I waited for somebody to hand it to me for a minute and then finally I had to call somebody over to say can you give me my coffee too and a straw they really need to stop smoking and working because they must be all stoned how do you forget an order they just told you 2 minutes ago so I advise you to just not go there unless you have an hour to waste

The service was, unfortunately, overwhelmingly poor. I was not made to feel one bit welcome or appreciated. I don’t expect a red carpet by any means. Maybe the person behind the counter was having a bad day, but something tells me they are just grumpy all the time.

I always have problems here. I honestly feel bad for the manager who has to work with them. I don’t come in and order anymore because they never Knowledge a person at the counter for so long cause they are either on there phones or have earbuds on. I always order ahead while I’m on my way to work and still manage to be late because they have yet prepared my drinks or even food. The day I order 10-15 minutes ahead I happen to end up running a few minutes late because the guy that was making my drink after 10- 15 mins was on his phone while my cup sat there. They never read the stickers with the orders. I had order multiple times cold foam and they never gave it to me or even bacon on my toast. I had one lady told me that I didn’t order a pumpkin donut when clearly I had the receipt of it. I have at least three different drinks that I order all the time. Each time I receive the drink it will taste different from the last one. I also only order toast with bacon too. I either received it with no bacon or the bread not toasted and the avocado spread is messy. This store has to be one of the worse ones yet. If you happen to order from here on mobile or even in store prepare to wait even longer or even have your order constantly wrong.

I walked in and waited a few minutes without even being greeted. I had to walk over to the prep area to ask someone if I could order something. 5 employees were there all preparing food for drive thru customers. I was in a rush for work and couldn’t wait on the long line for the drive thru. She said someone will be right over. I waited about 5 more minutes then had to walk over again for them to notice me. The same woman asked another team member to come help me. Nobody even looked at me or acknowledged me. I waited a few more minutes before just leaving. I went to Starbucks instead.
