I’m seldom in this location but the last time I was here, I used the Dunkin app where you would purchase a MED or LG coffee and get your doughnut for a buck… I was charged regular price… happened today, got a LG iced and the doughnut came up regular price. This place itself is a phenomenal dunkin (it really is a 5 star dunkin) BUT I don’t understand why prices don’t adjust according when scanned. I didn’t notice until I’m a distance away and I’m not going to hold up a line in the store for a .59 cent discrepancy..I have manners, people like myself have to get to work

Horrible service! I pay for food and I get to the location and they tell me they didn’t receive my order. I show them my receipt proving that I paid for food and instead of making my food they tell me they cannot do anything and I would have to pay for my food again!!! This is how they treat a regular who buys from them everyday! Ridiculous! Would give them zero stars if I could.

They don’t even deserve 1 star. Whenever I place an order online I would wait 10 minutes before going. When I go to the store to pick it up ITS STILL NOT DONE. I would have to wait an additional 5-10 minutes for them to make my order when it shouldn’t be like that. It should be done BEFORE I even arrive. That is why I ORDER ONLINE!!!

Decent customer service is a 50/50 shot. Have had and seen the morning crew be rude to customers. They seem to forget to update the app with the food available to order, forcing another order to be put in; along with not turning the app on at all.

This place is terrible. Absolute worst customer service. I have been working in this mall for 5 years and this place is always the last resort. There is an older Indian woman who works there by the name of Shanjaji or something g along those lines and she is absolutely terrible to the customer. I made an order of two breakfast wraps and she physically handed me the wrong order and I went on my way to work. When I got back I realized she gave me the wrong order completely and decided to return to let her know. She insulted me, asked me if I could read. She told me she was calling my name well after she gave me the wrong customers food. She wanted to give me my original order that was cold at the time when I asked her to remake it she refused!!!! This was a mistake on her behalf and she refused to own up to it. Finally I said either remake my order or give me a refund. I’m not eating cold food. She told me that “I don’t need to go here anymore” it was unbelievable . I have never been treated like that by anyone before. I had to fight to get my refund. Absolutely appalling. Don’t give this place business. They are legitimate jerks and downright rude and insulting, especially when they can’t own up to there errors because they aren’t paying attention to the work they are doing . I work in customer service at a technology store and never would I blame a mistake that I made on a customer. Terrible service. I would give this place zero stars if I could.
