I usually love DD. Must have been an off day. I only got an order of 50 munchkins and some were so tiny that I cannot believe they were selling them as such. Please see the pictures for details. I am sure they can do better.

Somehow my Mobile order did not go through. While waiting for my coffee I asked the employee, she saw nothing so without me even asking grabbed the manager. The manager was not kind at all and told me “oh well it didn’t come through you must have us confused with a different location”. I nicely showed him the address and showed him my order, he looked at it and said “great that is us but it didn’t come through here so there is nothing I can do.” He then turned around and just walked away from me. Why I’m writing this review is because he straight ignored me and didn’t even bother to ask if I wanted to buy another one. I would have paid because I knew I would have gotten a refund for the mess up order thru the app (which I already did). I even stated to him “so this means I have to go to another dunkin to buy a coffee?” He looked at me said nothing, then proceeded to turn around and pretend to mop the floor with a dry mop that’s how I know I was being ignored.

Terrible Mgr sitting at table in public area speaking extremely loud. We couldn’t have s discussion at our table because she was so loud I asked her to speak lower she said had to talk to her employees (disciplinary talk ) told her she needed to do that out view of public she said I could leave if I didn’t like it . I guess that her customer service skills !!! U need a new manger that has skills for the position !!!

This Dunkin’ Donut is tremendous. They never mess up my order and my coffee and food is always delicious. They are very well organized, thanks to their manager Dan Riccio. I come here every day and it’s always amazing. I would recommend this Dunkin to everyone! 10/10.

Did those of you who gave this Dunkin’ a 4 or 5 star review recently suffer head trauma? are you kidding me ? I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ location for 4 years on and off as it is the closest geographic location but I can assure you it deserves ZERO stars. They are at a hall of fame level of incompetence. Extremely slow, disorganized, the manager appears to be off his meds, they have two people working max. during rush hour in the morning. When I’m not late for work I’ll drive 10 minutes out of the way to go to a SLIGHTLY better location that is somewhat poorly run itself. It’s at the point where I’ll place an order ahead on the mobile app, go to pick up my coffee order, and if I see it hasn’t been prepared and there are more than 4 people on line (which equates to 30 minutes of waiting time at this Dunkin’), I’ll take whatever mobile coffee order is there. I feel bad doing so, but my time is more valuable than the time it takes for this poorly run Dunkin’ to whip up another latte for whoever’s I grabbed. Pre covid, the management team at this location had its act somewhat together. Now it is a cesspool of a Dunkin’ Donuts. Avoid Avoid Avoid.
