Yes, been a continuous customer there came in asked about nurses day if they offer free medium coffee first thing out of their mouth was we’re not excepting Dunkin’ Donuts that does that shame on them after all we’ve been through as nurses, then they see my money and they say they can’t except that bill I’m like why totally inappropriate unprofessional don’t go there. They are terrible about the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in Bergen County.

I’ve been going here almost everyday for a couple weeks before work and just the other day they forgot something in my order and I had to drive 16 mins and through a toll booth, making me late to work just to get what I paid for. Now today I get my food, it’s completely disheveled in the bag, cold and my drink was clearly not full, but I wasn’t going to go back and be late to work again. But now, hours later I just noticed there’s a long, black hair in my drink. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! Never again. Your money is definitely better spent elsewhere.

They got my order completely wrong. Even with the order sticker on the cup. I ordered an iced macchiato with oat milk, but they made it hot. The guy offered to remake it, but I didn’t want to make a fuss so I decided to keep it. After the first sip I realized he made it with regular milk instead of oat, (and I’m lactose intolerant). So I can’t even drink the macchiato anyway. Don’t come here, Just drive down the block to the new Starbucks.

Worst dunkin donuts I have ever been too. Long long long wait everytime i go. and they now say they close at 10pm. Well tonight I placed order on Mobile app at 9:19pm. I was there to pick up my order at 9:22pm and it was dark and not a person was inside the store… drove up to Drive thru and sign on window says they close at 10pm, but agian noone was inside store!!! Mobile app allowed me to order because there hours listed say they close at 10pm. Sign on window says they close at 10pm!!! But yet noone was inside location at 9:19pm. Where were the employees who work until 10pm??!! Lol

This dunkin the person at the drive threw has an attitude waited in line for over 20 mins. To get 2 coffees when I said out loud what’s taking so long the girl came over the speaker with an attitude didn’t say sorry were short staffed untill after I commented back. The truck infont of me left and said something to the person ay the window about how slow they were. When I got to the window they were all laughing and playing around this dinkin is the worst

I purchased a large iced tea this morning and it did not taste like tea at all had a very bad taste. Even after I put about 15 packs of sugar in it still did taste right. Had a not tea smell to it. Will never go there again.

Getting worse by the day! Staff changeover is ridiculous. They had a good team for a while. Now a bunch of kids that care absolutely zero about customer service. Shortened hours that state 10pm closing when in actuality it’s 9:30 as the kids are told to clean up and be gone by 10. Have signs up to please be patient and today, a Monday a sign stating drive up orders only, no walk-in.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. The wait time is ridiculous. Not sure if they hired turtles to work inside or actual people because you wait at least 25- 30 minutes for your mobile order, inside or the drive thru, And they never get the order right! The ice tea is always watered down because they are too lazy to make a new batch when it gets low, they just add water to it to the point when you get your drink it looks like water with a dash of brown food coloring! It tastes like pure water! The people working the drive thru are rude and they make you lean halfway outside your window to grab your order verses extending their arms to hand it to you. This is the worst DD I have ever been too. The owner is rude and does not acknowledge complaints or try to rectify them. No clue why they moved to a larger location because they are not able to handle a simple order. Mobile app should be faster service.. i order 10 minutes before going and still end up waiting 25ish minutes to actually get my order. Very terrible service all around!
