I have been going to this Dunkin since I moved 6 years ago and never had an issue until recently. I understand it’s hard to take orders via the com but I tried to be clear about 2 different donuts and not only was I cut off during the order, but when I calmly tried to explain which donut I was looking for the person actually screamed at me to tell me it wasn’t there. In no way was I ever condescending or rude when I tried to request the donut.

had a mobile order came in and waited for a while the girl working was very sweet and actually doing her job. they said there was only one coffee when i ordered two so i had too buy another one on the kiosk. i kept showing the receipt and the guy walks from the back with my original order. so i did not have two but another one. When i asked for a refund the guy refused to give me one he was very rude and looked like he hated life. The girl there was still very nice and trying to understand. But overall this dunkin is terrible definitely not my first bad experience.

Consistently the worst Dunkin’ around. You never know if your coffee will taste like soap or watered down burnt coffee. I give them a try every few months but they’re always terrible.

If I could leave a zero I would. They are constantly messing up orders, the staff and managers are rude and they don’t have any customer service skills. I have went back like 4 times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it is always the same thing. Dunkin Donuts needs to check in on their stores because people like this are giving them a bad name.

Although I love the new renovations, unfortunately the service is still lackluster at best. I’ve been in client services for 20 yrs and although my expectations can be high, all I really want is to have a pleasant experience and my order correct. I’ve given multiple chances to change my opinion but just yesterday I had an issue with my app at the window and two young ladies started arguing with me about how there was nothing they could do about it. Then when I asked for the manager, one of the girls yelled again well there’s nothing he can do about it either.

This Dunkin used to be great but ever since the new grand opening they have no clue what they are doing. 3 times today they couldn’t get my order right and all it was , was an ice coffee. I don’t know who is running it but it’s horrible. It’s a shame because the only other one on my way to work is Riverdale and they’re even worse.

Newly renovated but service is slow, unfriendly and the coffee and hot chocolate are super watered down, gross. They no longer do a refill price on their mugs and even if you bring your own they put it in a cup and just toss it after filling your mug. I’ll take my business to quick check.
