I ordered a sausage egg and cheese sandwich for my daughter at this Dunkin, and when we got to the car we realized they had left out the sausage. When I went back in to let the guy behind the counter know he told me he had only charged me for egg and cheese and so he would need to charge me for the sausage. No problem I said and he charged my card again. He then proceeded to take the sandwich from me and, touching all over it with his hand said I’ll just add the sausage onto this one. I asked if he wouldn’t mind making me a new sandwich since he had been touching all over it with his bare hands. He said if he made me another sandwich he would have to charge me all over again. I told him I didn’t feel like this was fair because it was his mistake in the first place. In the end my daughter was hungry and so I ended up paying almost 10 dollars for a sandwich that should have cost less than five. The customer service here is terrible! There are way too many Dunkin’ Donuts to choose from, if you want your order to be correct, cleanliness, and good customer service do not go to this one!

I have no idea why I went back to this Dunkin’ Donuts. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I stopped at the drive-through and ordered a simple coffee. No one in line in front of me one car pulled up behind me and took nine minutes for them to come to the window to even acknowledge I was there. This Dunkin Donuts is so poorly run I don’t know how they stay open.

On Christmas Day we went in for Hot chocolate. 6 adults and 4 kids. It was burning hot so kids asked for a cup sleeve not to drop it. Owner said we do t have it. We said can we get an empty cup. He said you will need to pay. We got surprised and said we shouldn’t it’s for an empty cup. He refused to give us anything at all not even if we pay cause we didn’t like it.

I go to this Dunkin every day and the employees are fantastic but my favorite is Rose. She is so accommodating. She knows my drink perfectly, I don’t know what it is but whenever she makes it, it tastes the best. I always ask for her when I go in, if she is not there her son Lucas always can make it practically as good as his Mom. Once she was out of work I’m not sure why I was so concerned about her after a few days I decided to go in there and find out what was going on and there she was back at work. I was so grateful to see her smiling face. She is such a joy and so happy and friendly at work, no matter how busy she is she always is kind and gives great service. She us the best they have in there and stands out from everyone, what she does 3 people cannot do she is that good!!! Thank you Rose for all you do your a true shining star!! Xo

I go to Dunkin’ Donuts almost everyday for my coffee. Today we reread back the order 4 times lady had an attitude the whole time and when we got home the order was COMPLETELY wrong. Not one item was right. After she rushed us out and said the order was right. Tried calling no answer. Horrible service.

I’ve been to this Dunkin Donuts after work twice and both times they had hardly any donuts left. The last time I went I bought Munchkins and 6 other donuts and they were old and stale. I wound up throwing them out. Needless to say I’m not going to this D&D again.
