Very rude woman with a name tag reading “manager”. I get that all employees always don’t have sunshine flowing out of them and can deal with the resting b face, but to walk away from me in the middle of my order to go see what the other woman who I assume is obviously more important than your customers is completely unacceptable. As long as this behavior is present I advise take your business somewhere that appreciates their customers. I am extremely fair with my reviews (check up on me) and this is fair to this business on this occasion. I wish I got some of that higher star ⭐️ service that this business is rated for.

The staff is rude, the store manager/owner or “boss” as he calls himself is disgustingly ignorant. He started yelling at me when I asked him why he charged me for something that was free, he told me he would not give me a refund and blamed me for not correcting his mistake before he processed the transaction. I put my leg on the chair and the Indian official came and said this is not your toilet, he was rude and took the chair away. this was such a weird and bad behavior, it made my mood go down. though he could only politely say it. He chose to be rude. sometimes behavior is more important than food.

The girl that works in the evening around 8pm is rude and wants to fight customers. I simply asked her to confirm the order and she got loud with me and even made reference to me being a black her in her native language (cali) as if I would not understand what the word means. She is very unprofessional and very bad for business.

The food and drink options are what you’d expect form a Dunkin Donuts, but staff can be rude and occasionally make mistakes with orders. There is decent seating and WiFi if you need a quick place to eat, drink, or rest.
