There is one employee that does not prepare the food with gloves. The employees do not show good customer service with the exception of one girl that’s always their name Erene. She exudes great customer service and always has a smile on her face. I was at the store when one of the guys got aggressive with her and I pray he loses his job. The short filipino lady does not know how to make the food there and I had to go back twice in one day because my orders were incorrect and the last time I went she burnt the stuff croissant so bad. It was not even edible.

Really upset with this dunkin. I’ve been here a multitude of times already and something is always wrong with my order. The last two times, my sandwiches have been missing cheese and my coffee had a burnt taste. It’s safe to say that I probably won’t be coming back here ever again and that I’ll go to a better Dunkin in the future.
