Terrible customer service and they messed up my order. Waited at the window for a while after receiving my other and no one bothered to show up even up honkin the horn. They didn’t bother putting the bagel in a wrap before putting it in the bag and just tossed it in with no napkins and didn’t even bothered to give me a straw or the correct drink for that matter. I ordered a large ice caramel macchiato and got a large matcha. Waste of money, waste of time, waste of gas. Worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever.

DO NOT GO IN THE WEEKENDS. Different people that work on the weekends and they do not care. I have been going to this places for over a decade and have encountered wonderful people, most do not work there anymore however still amazing during the week after 10am. The employees on Saturday Sunday really don’t give a flying!!!!! . They forget items in your Order and do not read instructions at all. They are rude even when you are pleasant. It is hard to get hard working passionate people these days

Whoever the person on the drive thru had no patience. He was rushing me while I’m trying to look at the menu since I was looking to try something different than what I usually order. The service is fast, not too busy inside, busy drive thru,it’s a pretty cool place to grab a drink and go. Butttt, do y’all make things in the afternoon? In the morning I usually get what i asked for but after noon there’s no popping bubbles, no refreshers, and only about 4 donuts left. But I give a 4/5 just bc I love dunkin.
