If I could give zero stars I would, last Sunday a gentlemen I would t call him that, took my order rather rudely, I proceeded to tell him what I wanted and he looked at me like I was from a different planet. He proceeded to tell me I can’t have my coffee the way I wanted, I explained to him that I had ran cafes and he continued to tell me no. As I said why can’t to the customer get what they ask for, he continued to look at me like an idiot. I then said cancel my order and he then said “there ya go”. What kind of service is this. In my 25 years of running multiple restaurant unit on the east coast, if my staff did that they would be fired on the spot. Terrible customer service!!

This place is usually fast for filling orders, but is always filthy. They never clean the tables, the floors or the stations. The ceiling is heavily stained and full of mold …from when water was dripping from the ceiling several months ago. If the Dept. of Health visited this place, it would be shut down.

I don’t really enjoy the food. I just get coffee . Only when I don’t have many options for lunch and never fresh and prepackaged but I did try taco breakfast burrito. It was very good.

Placed online order on Friday at 7pm. Store closes at 9pm as posted. When I arrived, store was pitch black and people pulling in to find store closed. Only way to get refund is to email corporate. Quick response stating manager would respond. Manager Patel contacted me next day and said I need to come in the next day, (Sunday) before 2pm to get a refund. First they closed early, (seems to happen a lot at this store based on reviews). Then they tell me to come in on a Sunday before 2pm to get a refund. Ridiculous, just credit my account or email me an e-card for the amount. Horrendous manager as you can see in the reviews. Staff is friendly, but manager needs to be changed.

When I went with my two daughters today the manager was not very helpful. I went to go put money into my mobile card on my phone and he said that it was not possible without a gift card. I have been able to reload this card many times at other Dunkin’ Donuts places. When I ordered my hot drink he started making it iced I had to tell him to stop. I ordered my drink with one pump of French vanilla swirl and he put in three now my drink is extremely sweet. I then ordered two donuts and a bagel. He handed me my two donuts and ended the transaction. I then had to remind him that I ordered a bagel because he forgot. As he went on to make my bagel he started putting it in the toaster and I had to stop him because I did not want a toasted bagel. Then he put on the cream cheese which was a very poorly spread on the bagel and there was not much on there. This is my very last visit at this location.
