Horrible attitude! My dog was really thirsty so I asked if I could get a cup of tape water for him. They wanted to charge me 1 dollar for the water! They even looked at me like I wanted to take advantage of them to get free water. This was so ridiculous. Will never go to this store again. If I could, I would give them negative stars.

Don’t go here!!! They totally messed up my order. This is not the first time. Customer service was horrible! The lady at the drive thru does not repeat your order and doesn’t even smile. She definitely gives off bad energy. If I could give you zero stars I would.

12/4/22!I usually use the app for mobile walk-in order. They’re always either not ready when you get there or have half of your Oder. I asked two different employees if they could help me get the rest of my order they both ignored me as if I weren’t speaking and American language. Then I request to speak to the manager , she comes out and say so you want a refund for the order. I said no I didn’t I would just rather have you give me what I ordered , an she continues to proceed with the refund anyway instead of assisting me correctly.
