The more I try to give them chance after chance to correct their wrongs they get more and more disrespectful they don’t listen to you they give you what you want and you’re paying for the stuff and then they get an attitude with you if you tell them hey that’s not what I ordered could you please correct it for me it’s not right The customer service that we receive is horrible and it needs to be fixed and worked on its not right that people have to endure the mistreatments when they are paying for them to even go home and be able to pay their bills

I asked multiple times for the sugar-free vanilla flavoring – I can’t have a lot of sugar. when I tasted my drink it was super sweet and I went back in to say “are you sure this is the sugar free option? I thought flavor shots were sugar free but this says flavor swirl” and the girl kind of looked at me like I didn’t make sense and told me she gave me the right drink. Didn’t want to cause trouble so I dropped it but I couldn’t even finish the drink

Avoid this location at all costs. The employees are very rude and they never make anything properly. They will give you a cup of milk with little to no coffee in it (look at the attached picture. I asked for a Mocha iced latte and that’s what they gave me). Within the past month they have only made my drink properly twice and i go here frequently. This was one of the better locations in Stamford but the quality of service has severely declined.

Stopped here before going for a hike. There was a long line at this busy location and they do not have a drive thru. Waited about 15 mins to get my Sweet Maple Bacon Egg & Cheese Croissant sandwich which was very good for a quick bite. Had a very small parking lot.

Want to start off… I know there was only ONE employee working. Didn’t think anything of it. My daughters went to order…They asked for a frozen chocolate and two muffins (one blueberry & one chocolate) It was a treat for them because it was a Friday and we all were a bit hungry. We got our order, both of my daughters surprised there was no whipped cream. They said it just tasted like water and chocolate. The frozen chocolate was really chunky too. (I wont blame the employee for the whipped cream mistake because my daughters obviously didn’t specify.) We went back into the car. my daughter ate the chocolate chip muffin. The muffin was VERY rough might have been sitting at this dunkin donuts for DAYS. The inside was also hard and not enjoyable. we didn’t have a good experience here. Never Again! I suggest new management and more employees that actually restock their old hard sweets into fresh new ones.
