This location has to be probably the second worst dunkin in Danbury. They always have young kids that its apparent they do not want to work. The wait is EXTREMELY LONG to order, to pay and to receive what you ordered. The drinks are never done correctly and if you bring it up to their attention they have a terrible attitude about it. Horrible!!!!

Cashier was very arrogant and seemed as if was very bothered that I asked for a copy of a receipt of my purchase. I couldn’t drink the coffee I purchased due to the order was to be light with 3 Splenda and got a light with 3 sugars. When going into the drive thru is to keep moving and by the time I realized the incorrect order is when I got on the i84 south. Chk#4314 days it all. Keep in mind that the person running that window at that time represents your franchise which will eventually cripple your sales. Just from one business order to another.

I ordered a donut, hash browns and a toasted corn muffin with butter. The hash browns were cooked thoroughly and were delish. The muffin however couldn’t even be considered warm, maybe room temperature at best and had a big glob of unmelted buttet in the middle. This was not at a peak and there was no line.

I go to dunkins all across the state because I’m driving for sales appointments. With no exaggeration this is the absolute worst dunking donuts to go to. Idk if it’s call outs, poorly managed, poor workmanship but DO NOT waste your time coming to this location. I am just mind blown how horribly run this establishment is.
