I come to this location here n there but today a young lady i don’t believe I’ve seen yet there was so sweet and nice! (Had curly hair and a little accent to her voice). That location seems always busy but everyone is quick and polite as well as the gas station cashier.

The crew members here are not trained properly. There were three people working: one person was new the other two were not. Two of the crew members did not speak English. Charged me for an item I did not want. They did not know how to refund my money back. I have 2 small children and could not go inside which resulted in the drive through becoming backed up. This experience was a complete and total nightmare and the language barrier made it so much worse. I felt bad for the crew members, not being properly trained and not knowing how to provide the customer with a refund to correct their mistakes. If anything this is a reflection of poor training and managing skills. This took place between 6:30 and 7pm.

Literally so annoyed that 9/10 times I order a LATTE, which i pay almost $5 for I’m given regular coffee in my cup with the latte label! I’ve even brought my cup in once complaining to the manager. This is super inconvenient for people like me who come here all the time expecting what I paid for especially before work. So disappointed.

I have been coming to this location for 12+ years they’ve been through so many people all the good people left, they have a handful of good workers that are constantly miss treated. My coffee is most of the time sour or watery, I wait 20 minutes in the drive-through to then have to go and have my coffee remade! Do better Fatima and Gibson!

Very disappointed by the service the last two days. The service is usually very good here. Waited longer than normal at the speaker, then my coffee was made incorrectly the first day. Same crew today. Laughing and not paying attention. I had to repeat my order four times because they were too busy fooling around and not doing their job. I stop at this location because it is convenient, and I hope someone makes some changes soon. One other minor detail, since when do they charge extra for whipped cream???
