I’ve ordered through the app at many dunkin locations. Unfortunately, from time to time the app will list items that are not offered at a location. In those situations, it’s pretty painless to get a refund or substitute an item.

I went there today june 28th around 11:30 am and ordered my usual strawberry dragonfruit refresher.. I get to the window and see it’s clearly not right .. I was nice about it and said that’s not what I ordered. The girl in drive thru rolls her eyes at me gives me attitude and goes to remake it. She then hands it to me and doesn’t look at me or say anything and walks away rudely like it’s my fault .. I’m not paying for something I didn’t order. Also I was the only car in the drive thru so it wasn’t a busy time at all… I work in retail myself and never write reviews like this. But I’m considering never going back if I’m gonna get bullied to order. It’s sad Bc it’s the closest one to my house but I’ll have to go to Starbucks ..

Just went for a coffee at 730pm. Get to the window and see girl emptying coffee from one of 4 large cups on the counter into another cup puts cover on it and hands it to me. When I try it coffee is cold. I tell her coffe is cold why she taking from one cup into another and says that’s what they usually do. I ask if they got fresh coffe goes in back I here grinder turn on then she comes back and hands me same cup. All she did was put it in microwave. And charges me $3

This dunkin has been awful in the drive thru lately when it comes to using your app. The scanner they use doesn’t ever scan my phone anymore so I am forced to pay without it and not get rewards. I don’t know if there has been any attempt at resolution, but there needs to be one.

Waiting in line at the drive through today for 5 min without anyone asking to take my order or acknowledging my wait. When I wondered about what was going on, the girl on the other end of the mic told me they were understaffed and I could wait “like a polite person” or go somewhere else. Rude and could easily have apologized for the wait and asked for another minute or two.

Today was the 5th time in 3 weeks they have gotten my order wrong!!!!! I get the same thing…an egg on a croissant. Today the egg was ice cold. Last week there was no egg! The other mistakes were with drink orders. The employees talk about their nights out and not concentrating on the customers. I now avoid it on the weekends all together due to the screw ups. Very disappointed.
