There has been many occasions in which the order I placed is blatantly incorrect or a component of the order is just not right . It is CRUCIAL when you make a bagel it must be toasted to perfection , I will not stand for any more untoasted and mistreated bagels . When it’s a hot summer day and I’m looking forward to my nicely made iced coffee , this Dunkin has repeatedly handed me a very HOT cup of coffee & that’s just mean .

This DD is so slow, its hard to order at the drive through bc its so loud outside and the workers are always talking and fooling around so they can’t hear you and you repeat yourself 5 times and they still get the order wrong.

I recommend not comming here it’s terrible and not worth it! Ordered caramel latte and didn’t even add caramel and when I gave the lady my cupon she said it didn’t work and she saw that it said for all beverages including lattes . I used my points aswell so I know it takes it off right away ESPECIALLY SINCE I WORK AT A DUNKIN! Definitely terrible place dont come here .

I left there earlier today, and for the second time, my free rewards beverage – a large hot drink – was filled barely more than half full!! It’s not easy turn around because of the location. that’s not a nice way to treat customers. I made a complaint with corporate and hope the employees understand that it’s their job to fill the cup up and not jip the customers of their drinks, free drink or not. (Actually I paid .54 cents.) They never do this with my iced coffees because it’d be too obvious. SMH.

This dunkin donuts is seriously the worst establishment that I have ever been to. Never once, not one single time have I successfully gotten an order the way I ordered… Even when it’s not busy, it’s like the people employed at this location are seriously unable to read. To pull up and be handed less than half the order I placed online 20minutes prior, with not a single customer in sight and have to wait 10minutes while a bagel, 2 donuts, and a large reg coffee to be made is just mind boggling. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere, anywhere else.

In the past I bought quite a bit of tools from Williams Lumber and the tool guys have always worked with me but lately I go in there and they won’t even come close I think I’m going to have to find another place to buy tools. If you sell a tool and there’s parts that wear out and they are parts that are made to wear out the store you bought them from could keep the parts in stock but when you ask more than a dozen times and they just roll their eyes and look the other way and another tool they carry the same part for that won’t work for me I’ll find another place thank you

I’m shocked when I came here. It was so slow and there were only 2 cars in front of me. They told us to give them a second for about 7-10 minutes until taking our order

No problems so far. Fast and efficient. Stock some ketchup though. Ketchup slot is always empty and when they are busy, trying to ask employee for ketchup, forget it. I know very trivial issue lol. Though great dunkin donuts. Watch out on weekends mornings, drive thru line is out till the street

I walk into the Gas station and make right for the dunkin donuts. I will not say this YOUNG man was rude but, he was telling me that his ovens are on but he cannot make a 4 or 5 minute sandwich. I know he was able to sell the donuts behind him but, not make customer his order when they are clearly OPEN!! I run a store and if someone walks in 15 minutes before closing and i can get him or her on there way happy, thats exactly what i will do. To whomever the owner of the establishment is,Put the closed sign up a little early if you don’t plan on helping customers when you are clearly still open. Very sad excuse for proper customer service.
