I just went to DD and I dropped my phone in the driver drive-through and there was a Spanish kid in the drive-through that picked up my phone off the ground and he was so helpful. I didn’t catch his name. However, I tried to call Duncan to talk to a supervisor to let them know that the kid in the drive-through was wonderful and his customer service was awesome, however the person that picked up the phone doesn’t speak any English and it was very rude. It was some lady and I don’t know her name but she was very rude. Other than that the dunkin is OK.

I come here early in the morning to get my drink before work and the morning crew is always so efficient, friendly, helpful, never get my order wrong, they work very quickly and are the best Dunkin I’ve been to, every time I have to go to a different Dunkin I get my order made wrong or the service isn’t great but I know I will always have a good experience here. I highly recommend!

Whatever this Dunkin is doing, all the other Dunkin in the area need to copy it. This is the fastest, most efficient Dunkin for miles.

Good experience and prices. The iced coffee I had was great. Just be advised, this Dunkin seems to be somewhat smaller than other ones I’ve seen, so depending on the time of day, there might not be many seats available inside.

My family and I were at the Dunkin Donuts at 112 N Main St Branford today and the Manager Hanna insinuated that we were stealing a 2 dollar orange juice that we paid for. See below order (I have the full order saved) when I called to get corporates number to complain because publicly insinuating we would steal is wrong because she assumed we would steal probably because of our race which is profiling. When corrected by an employee that we indeed paid for the orange juice she didn’t apologize or say anything to us. When called to ask for corporates number she refused to provide the number for me. Which corporate said was against policy for her to refuse to provide that information. We will never be returning to this location and i highly suggest you think twice before going to this location.
