I come to this Dunkin every single day. My house comes twice a day. Today, I make my order and the lady who took my order at 7:53 was so rude it’s literally unbelievable. She started saying “OMG” so loud when I asked for cream. She was so rude and gave me such an attitude at the window when I was so nice. I am not sure if she’s manager but she was wearing a blue shirt with glasses. But, I am not coming back because she was also there a few days ago and was so rude as well.

Terrible service. Walked in to get a gift card and the kid with a look of disgust on his face couldn’t get his register to work. The manager kept unlocking it and every time he logged in he said it locked back up. A couple of other people waiting actually left and went elsewhere. I’m a patient man, I left after multiple attempts. It was his attitude and face. I knits hard to get kids to work but seriously.. stay home. I don’t need to see that.

The service is super fast in this branch of Dunkin’ Donut. The place is clean and cozy and there’s also this relaxing music with a calming effect playing on the background anytime I walk in here. Can be easily seen from vehicle in normal traffic. There’s also a wheelchair accessible restroom, wheelchair accessible parking and entrance for the differently abled and workers are very courteous and friendly.

Fat Tone

Pictured is a Frozen Chocolate which I ordered. (Its basically a frozen hot chocolate.) The drink I got tasted like frozen water with chocolate syrup and whipped cream. It was horrendous. When I ordered it, the person had no clue that was even on the menu. Never going to this Dunkin again.

I kindly told them it’s supposed to be lighter 3 pumps of cream and 3 pumps of sugar , messed up three times .. need to train the workers on how to make coffee my coffee still did not have the right amount it’s light as ever now lol , I left since the drive through got busy

My order is right 80% of the time. I placed an order which wasn’t even close to being correct. I left work to drive all the way back to get it corrected and all I got from the kid working was complete attitude. Like your the one who has the right to have an attitude right now!
