I don’t usually leave reviews, but my friends and I were stopping here for the bathroom before heading home, so we decided to get some drinks for the ride too. I have a very hard time with Dunkin because there isn’t much options for people with dairy allergies. I usually have to return my drink or end up not drinking it because they don’t pay attention to the right kind of milk. There were only two staff working when we were there, and the girl who rang us up was very attentive and kind. She even asked if the amount of coconut milk was okay or if there needed to be more/less. I was a little weary of how it would taste but it ended up being really good!! Next time we come up I’d definitely consider coming here again 🙂

I go here pretty often and the employees are very sweet and hard working and I almost never get my order incorrect. I don’t know if they got a new manager or if he has just been at the window more often lately and I hadn’t met him before, but he is beyond rude every time I go. I had lost my wallet and only had a large bill this morning and instead of just politely saying he couldn’t accept it, he said “yeah, no, I’m not taking that.” I explained it was all I had and apologized and said I would need to leave my food if that was the case and he rolled his eyes at me. This isn’t the first time I’ve been talked to rudely in the drive thru by this guy and I’m all set going to this location anymore. Hopefully they get new management soon so I can come back.

this is the dirtiest and slowest dunkin donuts i have ever been in. ive been a manager at other locations of the franchise and never in my life thought there could be a store this poorly run. youre better off going further down the road to the other location, the added time of travel will be less than the time you will wait for a single sandwich here!

Don’t waste your time, money or the calories. This dunkin is terrible. Not only is the service slow, the attitude of the staff is appalling. One of my family members was rudely barked at when asked for a bathroom key. This was after we ordered and paid for our coffees, which by the way tasted awful. The manager is useless and seemed desensitized to the fact that his employee assumingly has episodes with customers like this often. If I could give zero stars I would because one star even rates too highly. Keep driving past this Dunkin filled with rude employees and up the street you shall find a much better DD with people who treat others who pay with respect.

They locked us in and decided they were to busy to allow any more customers inside. I’ve seen other DD busier and this was first time I saw this. Emoloyess could’ve handled pressure better, but thankfully this wasn’t a local stop. DD by my place is great. Even on Sunday morning.

We were planning on making a large order afterwards, but no, we had to make an entire order for our entire family before we could use them. I understand people abuse things, but seriously, they can’t just take our word that we were going to buy something. Well, they lost our business. You would think some business is better than none.
