Manager/Owner take note!!! On 25July23 at 6:45 pm I found the front doors locked and I was unable to enter to make a purchase. Recommend either adjusting your posted hours of operation (which say you close at 7:00pm) or figuring out why your doors are being locked early. Very dissatisfied.

Whenever we go to Eastern Point Beach Park in Groton, we stop at this Dunkin. The staff has always been very friendly and efficient. This Dunkin is clean and easily accessible from both Poquonnock Rd and Chicago Ave. The coffee is always good and we’ve never had a problem at this Dunkin location. Every time we go to Groton or even Mystic, we stop here for an excellent experience.

Overpriced mediocre coffee and they are constantly out of things. Some of the staff is great but generally they are working alone so service is very very slow. This place should close.

One employee working, appeared overwhelmed with amount of mobile orders and walk ins…cant blame her nonfriendliness on her due to circumstances! Its the go to for alot of EB/GD employees who start before dawn and should be staffed accordingly…Great coffee n quick service, only 3 stars for company but that poor girl needs coworkers AND a raise

It’s been about 10 years since I’ve been in a Dunkin’ Donuts. My old experiences with DD has been sub par, however this establishment has been a wonderful experience. The food was good, the building was well kept and clean, and the most important part of my experience was the friendly staff. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff made my experience very pleasant. They enjoy their job here and I enjoyed chatting with them. Thank you for your services I’ll be coming back again!

I went November 4th 2020 at 11:25am to pick up a mobile order, fortunately it wasn’t for the 75 Poquonnock Rd location it was for the 1056 location and whoever was in the drive thru window was the worst customer service cashier I have ever dealt with. I think this girl needs more training. 1056 location you guys are great!

I currently work here (07/14/17) and as far as the store is when I’m not working (even before I started) the store always had my drink(s) and/or food ready very fast, and the workers are very professional. They do like to have fun when there Is time for it, but they do get serious and pay attention to their work the very second that a customer walks into the store. One big thing with many Dunkin Donuts is to just remember that anyone who is working may have just started and might be learning, so please always be patient with the workers. All of the people that I work with are always willing to accommodate anything you need
