This is the only Dunken Donuts we stop at with 2 others on our route for our morning commute. Jess remembers her customers and makes sure her staff knows what we like as well. This dunken starts our day every morning and we look forward to greeting them daily. Thanks guys and gals for a fast easy get up in the mornings. I know we can be a lot and you handle it well . Repeatedly bad experiences, but this morning takes the cake. Ordered a small coolata with a turbo shot to take home because I wanted a light sweet beverage with a reasonable but not huge amount of caffeine. Upon getting home, realized staff made a frozen coffee with a turbo shot- not only is the coffee itself too burned tasting to drink, but the caffeine amounts are more than doubled. Normally I’d be unhappy, but suck it up and deal with it. The problem is that I’m pregnant and on a caffeine restriction- not only is the taste awful, but I physically am not allowed to drink this beverage.

I usually frequent the Plainfield Dunkin by Big Y bc they make a very easy coffee right and quickly. They aren’t all as polite as some but its not poor enough that Id blow off a good coffee. Now if your rude no tip! There are some really nice ladies here. I will say I’m starting to be more irritated with the attitude of the managers. Not just here in various Dunkins. Your a role model and have a job bc of your staff. Nobody as a manager should down anyone in front of customers let alone at all.keep ur drama home. We deserve quick polite drama free service.

Literally the worst dunkin. The employees are generally rude, and dumb at that. I cant even say how many times they’ve given me the wrong donut, like they just choose whatever they feel like at random or something. And coffees are always incorrect. When dunkin first did away with coffee coolatas (big mistake.) and i ordered one, the lady gave me their new frozen coffee (not even close to the same.) i looked at her and asked why it tasted weird and she didnt have an answer. Well maybe because you gave me an entirely different coffee.? I will inconvenience myself and drive 15 minutes out of my way to go somewhere else.

Poor customer service!!! Was ignored for about 4mins when I walked in when I told the lady I had a fairly large order she rolled her eyes and groaned. I gave her my list and the first 5 coffees she couldn’t do cuz they had no Carmel!! So I had to call and see what else the people wanted and she just stood there tapping her hand while she waited as if I was interrupting something ! VERY RUDE STAFF ! STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN !!
