the other day i went here before work and i waited for 20 minutes. the girl was EXTREMELY rude to me. i got to the window and she forgot my order so i had to tell her again and mid- way through my coffee order she shut the window in my face. she came to me with my coffee and forgot my mocha swirl and when i told her she said WELL YOU DIDNT TELL ME MOCHA. huffing and puffing.. if you cant deal with the morning rush of people/ doing your job nicely or correctly then go tf home.

I came her for a quick bite and horrible horrible service. It seemed to me that this franchise had only one employee on staff. I waited forever and a day to get my order in and then another 25 years for my order. Looking for a efficient, professional staff do not stop here.
