We were the only ones in there. Took our order. Cashier used same gloves the whole time. Handling cash, selecting food items and clicking his earpiece on and off & checking his phone in the counter as well as that there computer screen. From order time until we got our coffee -16 minutes.

Ok, Dunkin. Great location, but I don’t believe they have the staff to be able to make this place thrive. I usually get an ice coffee with less ice, so I see that like to jip people on .005c these days. But now their starting to do it with regular drinks with regular ice. Keep an eye on how kuch they actually put in your cup.

Third and last time coming to this location the staff is extremely unfriendly and five out the worst customer service the crazy thing is i dont even argue with them but i do think i have the right to say something if after each occasion im waiting 10 min 8 min and today 11min to get a drink Train your staff to do better with the customers

I ordered a chai tea latte… and found this in my drink. It’s been a week since I told customer service and they have yet to even apologize! When I went to write this review I saw that it said this location is temporarily closed. A part of me is wondering if it’s because other people have found miscellaneous items in their drinks.

Okay, the service is bad and that’s if there is any employee around to take your order. Let’s just say, it can take several minutes for someone to come to the front counter and take orders. A couple of times they have messed up my order, not once have I gotten an apology, just here is your order now get out of here attitude. When it comes to the donuts, they are good and the coffee does the trick to wake you up.
