On a Sunday morning I went to Dunkin’ to buy a coffee and a avocado toast. I gave the cashier my gift card and went back home. I figured out she did not give my gift card back to me, so I had to do another trip to get back my card. Instead of saying sorry, she was being very disrespectful and waving her hand around lying about my gift card being empty, which is not. In the end, she threw it in the garbage. Thankfully, two other workers named Jenn and the other male worker name starts with T helped me and gave me the rest of my gift card which was around $8.

Went here a few hours ago to grab a coffee after bringing cat to the ER and I asked for a “small iced butter pecan with a splash of cream light ice” and I was given a small iced butter pecan, but the sticker on the cup said three cream one sugar. When I explained to the employee at the window that I was given the wrong coffee she looked at me as if I just spoke Russian to her. After being away from the window for a few minutes she gave me another coffee and I went on my way. As I was driving off I looked at the cup and the sticker still said three cream one sugar so I assumed they just reused the cup. When I took a sip I got a straw full of granulated sugar. I’m not sure what happened in the back, but I’m pretty sure I got the exact same coffee I sent back the first time. I had to go to the other Dunkin down the road and get the correct coffee. I work in food service myself so I can completely understand getting things mixed up and confused, but I don’t know why I was given the exact same coffee after explaining I wanted no sugar and only a splash of cream. Not that big of a deal, it’s just the principle.

This Dunkin Donuts seems to have a fairly good method of getting the customers orders taken, having their orders made, and getting them to the customers all in a timely manner, however, the quality of Dunkin’s prepared foods such as sandwiches & toasted bagels, seems to have declined. On two separate occasions I received sandwiches that did not taste good with one of them not even prepared as I had requested it to be or for what I paid.

These guys don’t know how to read orders from pieces of paper aka receipts . I do a mobile order, the pull up to the window to get my food and they ask “ what did u order?” They need to be retrained. I have already complained to management and corporate because it’s bad. I avoid this Dunkin now because of this.
