The people that work here are so sweet. We’re not from the area and actually from upstate NY so it’s a breath of fresh air to have genuinely nice people work here. The food was perfect temp and not stale, our coffees were made exactly how we ordered, and they even apologized for a minor wait on food (like five minutes), which is expected for hot food. Dunkin’s back home have left us waiting for a half hour with no apology for the wait, even though I’d order just a coffee with cream and nothing special. Thank you for having a clean store, fast service, good food, and great employees. You should be proud of all of them.

Franchise owners discriminate against non-dairy customers charging $0.50 extra for almond milk they save not putting cream , milk or sugar in my coffee that doesn’t get charged extra for to customers so why the greediness of charging extra for almond milk shame on the greedy franchise owner better off going to Starbucks no extra charge there

I enjoy Dunkin’s croissant sandwiches and really love their Hash browns. This location is a bit tricky with the drive-through. When you enter, you have to immediately go right, and the speaker is right there on your left, so it’s a bit of difficult navigation. I thought I could drive around the drive-through and come upon it from the other direction, but there was no driving around… I was at the payment/pickup window without ever having placed an order. They were very nice about my predicament and helped me with my order, so kudos to the team for that.

Absolutely amazing.. another Dunkin made my latte wrong and I stopped here to see if they could fix it for me as I didn’t want to go back to the one that put the coconut flavor shot in my cocoamocha latte (for those that don’t know a cocoamocha latte is mocha syrup topped with whipped cream hot cocoa powder and chocolate drizzle)when I walked in I was happily greeted by Vic. I asked if there was anyway she could remake it for me , she said absolutely. Kerri came over to let me know they didn’t have oatmilk and to ask if I wanted almond milk instead I asked if it tasted like almonds and she said no it’s more of a vanilla flavor then almond and she asked if I wanted to try it to be sure I said yes please. She was absolutely amazing. Her and Vic both did an awesome job even with my slight attitude because I was upset… This is now my go to location. Thank you ladies. Your kindness made my whole morning. See you ladies Tomorrow!!
