The lady running the register is such a sweetheart. But the rest of the staff is just rude. Getting mad about orders. I think there was a mix up and someone grabbed my order, so I waited. I got to give credit were credit is due. I go to this location at least x1 per week. caution avoid big orders and if you have the office coffee run do yourself and them a favor and down load and order from the app. the morning manager is stressed but he is great. he will tell you like it is if your order is too big. just work with them and bless them they don’t understand how important there job is when there coffee can put a smile on the face of a coworker or another person going through some stuff. I wish we somehow can pay it forward to those individuals who work to put the smile on the faces of others.

This store has some of the rudest people I’ve ever met in my life. They always sound as if we are asking them to go out of their way when we order anything at all. Bagel barely had any cream cheese. Don’t ask for napkins, they will act as if you asked for their first born and then give you a wad of what I hope were unused ones. I need this side of New Britain to open a starbucks or another dunkin where the managers know how to act.

This is the worse Dunkin ever I went in there they had a bell ring there and I ring the bell so they can come take the order but the lady back there yelled and said “ we see you we are coming” in an angry tone like if ur mood isn’t good then don’t come to work. I order a bagel and they forgot to give me my bagel and when I told them I haven’t got my bagel she was like ohh and I got my bagel it was not toasted and they put In plain cream cheese beside of putting strawberry cream cheese I told them like 3 times its strawberry cream cheese. It’s just disappointing plz make your service better I didn’t came back because I was getting late. All of them were really rude like don’t work if u have angre issues. Going here is just waste of money

Drive thru customer. Service was great. Coffee.was just warm??? Not normal for DD. End of pot??? Who knows. Should be hotter than what it was. Driving through the drive through one always gets the short end of the stick because you’re all the way down the road and that is WHEN you realize you don’t receive what you’re expecting. AND DD IS GETTING CHEAPER BY THE MINUTE. A Large Coffee is NOT A large ANY more. Feel the bottom, cup is not fully flat, large indentation from bottom up. And their cheap Caps. WHEN ARE they going to get a distributor to SELL THEM A TOP THAT FITS THE CUP to where the cup of coffee doesn’t LEAK on your clothes?

Just left 7:32am the guy is in a rush to take orders. He messed up my order even tho we kept repeating our order he never added an item due to him rushing us. We ordered food items but the donut he got wrong we asked for 2 strawberries frosted donuts he gave us glaze. We told him we didn’t ask for glaze then said we had to pay for the donut even tho it wasn’t our fault he wanted to rush but still have us a free glaze donut for that why did u charge me for my other donut if it was ur fault. This used to be my favorite DD. I came from Hartford just to get from here. I got there, we order 3 drinks, a donut e a croissant. I asked if my coupon went thru and the server started to get rude with me. Then I asked for a cup with ice to put the hot chocolate to my daughter as always do in every DD, she is a toddler. He snap, screamed at me, punch the counter and walked away. I got scared with his violent reaction. I do not have the chance to let them know that the caramel macchiato was wrong, I kept with no complaints. I know they are busy and he could not be in his best days, but he was totally aggressive. I come to this place over 3 years, not that matters but I won’t come back anymore.
