Kids working there don’t have any intentions to work at all. My Hot chocolate order prepared by a boy who don’t know how to. He added a steam of water and added two spoons of chocolate powder and closed it and gave. What worst taste of hot chocolate which I ever experienced. Would love to give zero stars if any option here.

At 1:58 PM on April 23, my family and I went through the drive through the girl who took our orders spoke very muffled and unclear. When we asked her to repeat herself she got an attitude. When we got to the window she hadn’t taken our orders correctly despite repeating our order to her twice, we couldn’t understand what she repeated back to us, from the latter instance. When we pulled up to the window she didn’t get a single one of the drive k orders correctly, she walked away rudely and with oomph. The man who came to take our order was nice. When he stepped away to make our drinks, the ride woman came back and handed us one of the drinks, half handed us the second and decided it wasnt ours and took it back, despite us telling her that it’s our drink. She got mad at us for HER mistake. And we had to yet still tell her we were missing a drink , she refused to give me her name, and wouldn’t print us out a receipt. So needless to say, I will avoid this dunkin. The coffee orders were made correctly ‍♀️

I ordered the biscuit bites, a large hot coffee and Boston crème donut. The biscuits were not thawed and cooked properly. Given to me raw. The donuts was very hard and the coffee was bitter even made light and sweet. This is embarrassing to experience as a fellow dunkin manager.

I pulled into the Dunkin donuts and had to park in the back because all the parking spot in the front were full except the handycap and I nonchalantly said to the lady outside…wow it busy, her response was oh no that’s all the employees! Extremely shocked! Then I go get coffee and I asked for french vanilla and cream and got cream with unsweetened french vanilla..next time ask if they want sweet or unsweet!
