I was there this morning in drive thru. The service quality is extremely poor when you ask for hot tea you get a tea bag which th black coffee nit hot water. The employees are getting rude to the customers. I have been going to this location since they opened and in the last 6 months this place has gone downhill. They don’t give you your receipts. They are extremely slow. And today being national donut day and you are to get a free donut with orders of large drinks they didn’t even offer it to the customers. The employees I work with also go there and are saying the same thing. The manager is not helpful to anyone.

The worker darted into the shared restroom, it’s a one bathroom for all. I had to go after it took 5 minutes to park the business dressed man in a blue button down and dark blue dress pants drove a minivan and parked it on the turn to the parking spaces. Then I had to go after sitting there 4 extra minutes. The woman ran to the one and only rest room. And took a long time I wanted my hot mint tea. I just left because I had to go somewhere to use the restroom.

The food is great and always warm. And the coffee is great when done right. I did pick up a matcha today and unfortunately they packed it with so much ice I couldn’t even get a straw in. Finally I got home and took ice out to not just have cubes but a whole block of ice. In the picture it was a hour later and still filled to the top.

I highly suggest to avoid this Dunkin’ donuts! every time we’ve been there there’s been nothing problems. This time we were there there was someone in front of us waiting at the window for about 10 minutes for a cup of iced coffee. The girl sitting in the car kept getting out of her car going up to the window almost look like The two girls were flirting with each other. And then by the time we got up to drive through they told their machine wasn’t working and that my son couldn’t get his donuts! This Dunkin’ donuts should hire employees that could fix equipment if goes down to keep business going. The employee working drive-thru this Sunday mar 12 2023 at 2:30 pm should be fired for the way she handled things! Either way we sure is hell will not be choosing this Dunkin’ donuts ever again!

They mock and make fun of you for saying an item wrong. People may have a speech impediment or could be reading off a text or paper that was written wrong. Whatever the case customers should be treated kindly. Poor customer service.

I did love it I have to change this review. The young ladies early in the morning are quite rude they don’t say anything to you at all definitely not you’re welcome or thank you. Now two bacon egg and cheese with no bacon I mean this is no BS the piece of bacon on there was smaller than my pinky finger on both sandwiches and there was only one. When you pay $5 for a sandwich and you don’t get the most expensive part of the sandwich it’s not worth it. I think whoever owns this place needs to run their employees through a little customer service training.

Was told I was “taking too long to order” when I’d been standing there for less than a minute. It wasn’t even my fault as I assume the person at the register is new and was struggling w finding an item, which I absolutely get since I also worked at a dunkin, but I didn’t see a reason for the comment or the attitude

Someone needs to tell the staff they’re not doing customers a favor by waiting on them. A friendly smile wouldn’t hurt either. Go down the street to Switches to get better coffee AND service.

Went through drive thru not inside. Everything was great except the hot coffee cups they used would squeeze hot liquid through under the cover when you held them ?! I think they are too flimsy and not stiff enough.
