This place is horrible since the new owners took over. The guys they have working there is very rude and they don’t care how they make your coffee. I ordered a large ice coffee just cream, I received a large ice coffee with some kind of flavoring in it. It was sweet and disgusting. I had to turn around and go back to get my right coffee. This has happened to me T least 8 times if not more. One time they gave me an ice tea with cream. I’m done with them. I would advise everyone to never go there.

I ordered the snackin bacon this morning. they were cold and soaked in sauce. I also got a cream cheese bagel. They didn’t even spread the cream cheese!! Like, really?? Don’t order from this establishment. The employees are lazy and the food is always sloppy and cold. The dunkin on Hebron avenue is much better.

I used to go here a lot, always tipped, nicest people at the counters. But then the new hires started coming in, rude, bad order taking, missing things and improperly made things. Finally today i ask “hey can you please toast this some more” and what i get back is a burnt and smashed bagel. I like MOST of the people at this dunkin but these few nasty people have lost this dunkin a regular.
