I sat at the drive-through for a good two minutes before asking if they were open… Somebody finally came on and told me to wait a minute. As I was sitting waiting one of the workers busted out the back door, smoking a cigarette blowing her disgusting death fumes all over the place while yelling at the person in the car behind me. The cashier was nice enough and the drink was standard 90% ice, 9% sugar, and 1% coffee. I don’t know why I think this will ever change but I keep coming back.

I get dunkin’ on a regular basis everywhere i go. Usually, I don’t have any problem getting a coffee and making a few adjustments afterward to make the drink to my liking, especially when trying something new on the menu. I get that every location isn’t the same, but the service and horrible attitude from Stacy was atrocious to me. The younger employees there were much more understanding and accommodating when I had to go in to buy a second coffee just to order more pumps of syrup, which isn’t even a thing that they charge extra for. Because stacy decided she couldn’t be bothered. Looking at the other reviews for this location, I see it’s a continuing problem with poor customer service.

Customer service is an oxymoron at this location. The manager was rude and poorly trained. Charging me a $.25 upcharge for no ice in the iced coffee after I charged and paid already. Wanted to refund my charge and recharge for $.25 more for no ice. Really??? Should just let it go. After reading through the reviews, I guess I should of known better! I feel sorry for the employees who get trained there.

Ordered a usual latte, asked for extra sweetener and was rudely denied by a employee called Stacy. I said I would pay for it and she told me she wouldn’t add any more regardless. Never have I had such disrespectful nasty person serve me at Dunkin. She’s a really bad reflection on the company and who they are hire. Even the other employees mention they don’t like her because she is extremely unkind. They are the ones who gave me her name because she wasn’t wearing a name tag. I hope the company looks into her and this locations customer service reviews.

I just sat in the drive tru for 15 min to order. There are two new people, by themselves on a Friday night. They take the order make it and move to the next person. This is terrible management and not the way you treat employees, especially new ones. They were very pleasant and the order was good. I comend them because they are doing a good job.

I work in the service industry, if someone says thank you the polite reply is you’re welcome. Not a grunt, not silence a quick you’re welcome. Look I know when it gets busy it can be frustrating but without these customers you’d be on the unemployment line. Worst service at this Dunkin, would highly recommend avoid like the plague.

EVERY TIME we go through here they are extremely RUDE. From being snappy at the ordering phase, to being snots at the window. My husband just went through to pick up our order, and the lovely person at the window gave him a nasty look, didn’t say A WORD when he said thank you, and just shoved the drinks out the window and walked away. No “have a nice day” or a “you’re welcome”. Just a snotty @&& glare. FIX YOUR ATTITUDES OR DON’T WORK CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Drink and food were good. They were busy in the drive through only. However, that’s no excuse for sloppiness which was evident by the sticky mess on my cup as it was covered in the hot chocolate I ordered.
