I live in the town of Castleton and enjoy an iced latte and a donut on these hot days, however they usually can’t provide either in a decent time. I’ve currently been in the drive through for 8 minutes as I write this and I mobile ordered a coffee. Maybe they should invest in curbside spots.

She came out of the bathroom while i was in line waiting for coffee and started telling other employees that i stunk the whole place up. I have stomach issues and do not appreciate the rudeness.

I’ve been going to this Dunkin for the past week as my coffee spot since i moved to the area, I order a medium ice coffee without ice and a cup of ice on the side. This morning I was very rudely told by the manager to not order that anymore because it was “excessive”, I have had the same dunkin order for years and have never had anyone say anything. very rude manager did not offer an apology and made me to feel like i was stealing from them. do not go to this dunkin!

A very inconsistent location. Any time I go to either of the Rutland locations my order is correct and reliable. They cannot get it right at this Castleton location. The espresso machine is always “broken”, or they are out of this or that. Staff is friendly so I feel bad reporting but I thought the whole purpose of a chain restaurant is consistency.

Had to wait for 20 minutes for a hot coffee, then when I got it instead of being hot it was as cold as ice coffee. When I went back in to get a fresh hot coffee the boy and I do mean boy at the register never even said a single word just dumped the coffee and got another one. Do not recommend dunkin donuts in Castleton, Vt. to anyone extremely disappointed!!!!

I stop at this location twice a week on my way to work I order the same coffee along with the bacon avocado toast which for some reason always comes out untoasted and most the time without bacon.. I am not normally a person to complain to a business but when I spend this kind of money and they are consistently getting my order incorrect I decided I would finally mention it and when I did they said oh it’s our toaster… Yet they have not replaced it ‍♀️ however on a side note the location on Woodstock avenue which has been severely short-staffed due to covid is killing it! My order is always correct and tastes great just saying
